RG Seafoods was established in 1993 supplying fresh fish and frozen seafoods in South East Cornwall to the general public and the catering trade.

Rob Goodacre established the business after several years working on fishing boats and then moving on to become a buyer for an international exporter.

The business started initially from market to van to customer and has grown from strength to strength year on year priding itself on supplying premium West Country fish at affordable prices without compromising service or quality.

Fresh fish supplies in Cornwall and Plymouth

RG Seafoods delivers to the catering trade Monday to Saturday throughout the year with the exception of bank holidays. We deliver prepared and whole fish in temperature controlled vehicles to maintain freshness and quality.

Our retail shop, named "The Fishstore", is located at 21 Fore Street, Torpoint, PL11 2AD which provides our customers with fresh fish which is purchased daily from Plymouth and Brixham markets and also stocks an array of frozen products.  The shop is open Thursday to Saturday 9am to 1pm.  You can also find us at Unit 6, Plymouth Fisheries, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth PL4 0LH from Monday through to Saturday 6am to 1pm.  

Many of customers who holiday in the area order fish to take home with them, which is prepared and vacuum packed for the freezer.  We also send fish direct to your door, once you are home via courier on a next day delivery.  Please contact us for details.
