Good coffee, sourdough bread, great seafood, wine and Cornish craft beer - everything you need is within walking distance. You may never leave the village!But it's also within easy reach of Polhawn Fort, Port Eliot, Antony House, Mount Edgecumb or HMS Raleigh, for a high quality, 'mini-break' or wedding stay.Newly refurbished, the house is simply styled with a New England feel and touches of Cath Kidston and Mini Moderns. The decor is calm and creamy Farrow and Ball with small luxuries like Smeg and Dualit kitchen equipment.Kingsand is in Cornwall's forgotten corner - a ferry hop from the UK's coolest coastal little city, Plymouth. The surf beaches of Whitsand Bay are just up the road. There are three foodie pubs within 200 yds and two sandy/pebble swimming beaches with clear rockpools.The Eden Project and Padstow are about an hour away. Or the theatres, aquarium, produce markets, museum and shops of Plymouth are a hop by the Cremyll Ferry or Cawsand Ferry - know affectionately as The Red Pig.
The space
The house is an upside down house with the living space upstairs affording beautiful views of historic Cawsand Bay. The living room, with its comfy cream sofas and french doors out to a spectacular balcony, is bathed in light. The sea level main double bedroom has stunning sea views with an en-suite basement bathroom with a rolltop bath and portholes out to the sea! The loft double bedroom has a balcony with stunning views out across the bay. Our cabin style small bedroom with two singles works well for (good) kids - or kidults - too.There's a separate duck egg blue kitchen diner, with seating for 6, with sea glimpses and french doors out to your own sundeck.For tech junkies we are fully broadbanded up with superfast wifi and a Smart TV with DVD and Netflix.

Other things to note
We charge a refundable damage deposit to reserve the cottage. There is also an additional cleaning fee.
No dogs due to owners allergies. Sorry!Access to the cottage parking is narrow. Nervous drivers or owners of lovely new cars may want to initially park in the public carpark - and size up the space first.
