The property sleeps up to 4 people with a pull-out bed in the twin room. Many restaurants, pubs, beaches and shops within a five-minute radius. It is perfect for people looking to hear the sound of waves gently crashing on the shoreline or if you are an early riser watching stunning sun rises over Devon.
The property consists of-
Ground floor – Kitchen with gas hob, table and chairs for four with a further breakfast bar. Cosy living room with sliding doors on to the gallery with views across the bay. A w/c can be found in the hallway.
First floor – Large double bedroom with sea views, twin room and bathroom.
The nearest parking is in Cawsand car park which is a seven-minute walk, but you can always drive past the property for offloading. Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.
The property is available on a Saturday from 4pm and check out is at 10am. Pets will not be considered at this property.
